What began as a personal endeavor to learn Phaser and TypeScript has evolved into Artificial Invaders, a full-fledged game serving as both a compelling narrative and a sharp critique of generative AI. The game’s antagonist relentlessly challenges the player, asserting the inferiority of human intelligence. However, the core argument of Artificial Invaders subverts this notion: it reveals that the AI’s perceived superiority hinges on the player’s inability to discern the nuances of 'good' versus 'bad'—not merely morally, but crucially, in the visual aesthetic.

This entire game, from its user interface to its underlying logic, is crafted in TypeScript using the Phaser framework. All visual assets were either painted in Photoshop or designed in Adobe Illustrator. The dynamic animations were brought to life through a combination of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate.

Currently in progress, Artificial Invaders is slated for release in August 2025. This project demonstrates a comprehensive skill set in game development, intricate visual design, and the ability to weave complex, timely concepts into an engaging interactive experience.
