What began as a photography class assignment in late 2019, my mixed-media project "Epilogue," blossomed into a deeply personal, 12-part narrative. This story uniquely pairs photography with poetry, weaving together digital compositing, miniature paintings, CG work, and other techniques to craft an otherworldly, distinct visual style.

"Epilogue" tells the poignant tale of a man consumed by regret who travels back in time to confront his younger self. His journey culminates in a crucial message for his granddaughter: always say yes to the most exciting option.

The project earned me an invitation to Chaffey College's student exhibition, where "Epilogue" was slated for completion as one of 11 selected contributions. However, the 2020 pandemic led to the exhibition's cancellation, necessitating a shift to a digital showcase. This unexpected pivot became a pivotal moment, revealing the immense potential of new technologies for art presentation.

Inspired by this experience, I developed "ArteVrso," a platform designed to empower artists by providing a tool for creating immersive virtual exhibitions. My goal with ArteVrso is to recreate the feeling of walking through a physical museum, offering an accessible and creatively liberating alternative for artists who might not have the means for traditional displays.

I'm incredibly proud of this entire journey, from the intricate storytelling of "Epilogue" to the innovative solution that resulted from it. I hope that experiencing these projects offers a compelling story and a lasting message. View the virtual exhibition
